I have to admit, the site was a lot easier to use than I expected. I found what I needed quickly, which is always nice when a website doesn’t make you work too hard for it.

I ordered the sage green hoodie because I really liked the color in the photos, but when it arrived, it looked more like a dull grey to me. The fit was fine, so I can’t really complain about that, but I personally bought it for the color and it just wasn’t what I expected. Disappointing

I just wore this recently, so it’s still fresh in my mind, but I’m really happy with it. The fabric feels soft all day and doesn’t get itchy at all, which is the main thing I was hoping for.

I ended up ordering the wrong size and tried to exchange it, but the whole return process was kind of frustrating. Each reply took a few days, and the instructions weren’t exactly clear. I did get it sorted out in the end, but I had to pay for return shipping and wait longer than I expected. The clothes themselves are "fine," but the returns experience was definitely "not great."

I ended up ordering from Rivet Apparel after comparing prices with a few other sites, i wasn’t expecting too much. But when everything showed up, I was kind of pleasantly surprised in the best way.

The shirts feel good, the sizing was pretty much on point, and nothing had that cheap feel I was worried about. For what I paid, I’m genuinely happy with it and I’d definitely order again if the prices stay this reasonable

I ordered a hoodie from Rivet Apparel i was kind of expecting the usual disappointment because so many hoodies look good online and then show up feeling thin or badly made. But this one actually surprised me. The fabric is thick without being stiff, it’s still really soft, and the stitching doesn’t look like it’s going to fall apart after two wears.
I’ve already washed it a couple times and thankfully it didn’t shrink, twist, or get all weird like some hoodies do, which is such a relief. The fit is good too, which I feel like shouldn’t be so rare but somehow is. I’d definitely order again.

I ordered from rivetapparel.co and the shipping moved along quicker than I thought it would, I got the tracking email fast and it actually kept updating, which I always appreciate because I hate when you get a tracking number and then it just sits there doing nothing for days.

The package showed up a day earlier than I was expecting, nothing super fancy about the packaging or anything, but it was all packed fine and the clothes arrived without any problems.
I’m giving it 4 stars because the checkout could make the estimated shipping dates a little clearer, but overall it was a smooth order and I’d be fine ordering again...

After just two washes, the print was already cracking and looking worn out. I’m not sure if I did something wrong with the laundry or if the quality just isn’t there, but it started looking old way too quickly.

My order showed up in this really thin bag with not much protection at all. A couple of the corners were torn up, and the shirt had dust or whatever on it. For the price, I expected a bit better. It felt like they just threw it in there and sent it off.

My order from rivetapparel.co turned out okay in the end, but the processing time felt slower than I was expecting. It just kind of sat there for a few days before I got any shipping update, and I kept checking to see if something had changed.

Maybe they were backed up or short-staffed, I have no idea, but a little more info would’ve made the wait less annoying. The item did eventually arrive and was fine, so I’d say 3 stars feels about right

I’m not sure if I just caught it at a bad time, but the selection felt limited to me. A lot of the styles looked really similar, and I was hoping to find more colors and sizes. Maybe others would have better luck, but I didn’t end up finding much that worked for me.

I had a question about my order and they got back to me really fast, way quicker than I expected. Their reply was clear, and they fixed the issue without making it a whole hassle. Really solid customer service, and I’d definitely order again.

I ordered my usual size, but the fit was a little off. The shirt looks nice, but it felt tight around the shoulders and longer than I expected in the body. It’s not awful, but it definitely made me trust the sizing a bit less. I might try sizing up if I order again, but dealing with returns is kind of a pain, so I’m not totally sure. Overall it’s okay, but I’d definitely check the size chart closely.
